Currently Senior Vice President at Visa Inc., where she has held a variety of roles in digital, innovation and design, business development and global products. The founder of the Visa Garage, a global corporate incubator, she currently leads a cross- functional team of product, design, research, strategist, technology, operations and corporate development to design and build the future of commerce, banking and payments.
She previously served as SVP of Enterprise Innovation, Digital Strategy & Operations at U.S. Bank where she was responsible for building an innovative culture and a pipeline of digital innovations. Prior to U.S. Bank, she served as a Managing Director at Charles Schwab, a Director for Solidus Networks (biometric start-up), a Principal at Diamond Management & Technology Partners (acquired by PWC) and began her career at Ford Motor Company. Active member of Pipeline Angels, an organization that provides angel investment and guidance to women entrepreneurs.
